At SUNPAN, we stand behind the quality of our home furnishings and offer a seamless return process for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover handling and logistics costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SUNPAN account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and arrange for pickup or drop-off with the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
